\n
\nCultural diversity is a nice theme to show how beautiful is our country, there is now an article that made the UNESCO in 2001 on Cultural Diversity and tells us that "Cultural rights are an integral part of human rights, which are universal, indivisible and interdependent. The development of creative diversity requires the full implementation of cultural rights as defined in Article 27 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Articles 13 and 15 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. All persons should therefore be able to express, create and disseminate their work in their preferred language, and particularly in their mother tongue, every person has the right to education and quality training that fully respect their cultural identity, a person must be able to participate in cultural life choice and conduct their own cultural practices, within the limits imposed by respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms.
